the gym is fantastic!!! we’re having a great month and my members and staff about the changes that we’re implementing. i have pictures, but haven’t uploaded them to anything. soon as i do, i’ll link ‘em up on this here site.

i love that line from jay-z. i don’t know why, really. i guess it’s the cockiness of it. maybe it’s just the play on words. either way, it now applies to me.

as of approximately 11.45 this morning, i became the owner of the crag at cool springs. i was already the president of the crag, llc, but now that means something.

the car’s loaded up with cleaning supplies, paint, various tools and gear. the to do list is as long as my arm. my throat’s killing me & i swear i’m getting sick. i need more sleep than i’m probably getting tonite, i’m pretty freaked about payroll and accounting, and my brain’s spinning like nikki sixx’s hotel room after a 4 day bender.

all that, and i’m wearing the same stupid grin that i’ve been wearing since about 1p this afternoon.
